The acceptance letters for
IMPC 2008 have been sent to the accepted authors
by email by 31 July 2007. We would like to
bring your special attention to the following
requirements for your full paper submission
for IMPC 2008.
Important Notice:
1. The submission of final
manuscripts is due before 31 January
2008
2. Timely submission of any modifications
required after peer review before
15 May 2008
3. The full paper outline should be in accordance
with IMPC Paper Template,
which is kindly provided by AusIMM and minor
changes have been made to adjust it to the
IMPC Guide to Authors.
4. Specific requirements for IMPC 2008 paper
format are introduced in details in
IMPC Guide to Authors
5. The authors of accepted papers must sign
a Copyright Transfer Form
(see Attachment 5 in IMPC Guide to Authors),
to grant the copyright to the producer of
the Congress Proceedings. Please fax your
copyright transfer form to: +86-10-68317050
or send it by mail.
6. The presenting author must pay the Congress
registration fee before 15 May 2008 to ensure
the publication of his or her paper in the
Congress volume
7. Oral and poster presentation guides would
be provided to the authors after the full
paper submission.
You understanding of these requirements
for authors are high appreciated and look
forward to receiving the final manuscript
of your paper by 31 January 2008.
