1. What are the times for constructing and dismantling the booths?

2. What are the exhibition dates and time?
24 Sept. 2008 (Wednesday) 10:30-17:00
25 Sept. 2008 (Thursday) 09:00-17:00
26 Sept. 2008 (Friday) 09:00-17:00
27 Sept. 2008 (Saturday) 09:00-17:00
28 Sept. 2008 (Sunday) 09:00-12:00

Notice: Only the exhibitors may enter the exhibition hall during 09:00am - 10:30am, on September 24 (Wednesday), 2008. After 10:30am, the Exhibition Hall is open to all participants.

3. What are the application procedures for Special Booth Construction?
The special booth should be connected by two or more standard booths. The exhibitors who will not use standard booth design, but reserved for the space, are advised to get the booth designed and constructed by professional contractor, and please follow the guideline below:
(1) Submit the written application to the organizer before the deadline. Please be aware that the organizer will proceed with standard booth construction if you do not send back the application and documents on time.
(2) The Congress Secretariat recommends Beijing Yixingda Exhibition Service Co. to be the contractor for Special Booths design/construction. If you prefer this one, please submit the related documents to the Secretariat or contact the company directly. The special booth construction will be carried out at the expense of the exhibitor.
(3) For exhibitors choosing their own contractors, please send the special designed booth drawing to the Congress Secretariat while get the permission from BICC Exhibition Office at the same time. The design and construction should be in accordance to the related regulations.
(4) The construction should strictly abide by the drawing permitted by the Organizer and BICC.
(5) Height limit for special booth design is 3.3m, and weight limit is 800kg/ per square meter.

4. Who will be responsible for the safety of exhibition materials and personal belongings?
Exhibitors are fully responsible for the safety of all their own belongings. If lost, the organizer is not liable.

5. Can I take my families or relatives to attend the exhibition or conference?
Sorry, but no. Only exhibitors and delegates can enter the exhibition area. Please do not lend your badge to others. You MUST wear your own badge at all times.

6. If I have registered for the exhibition, but for some reason I cannot attend the exhibition, can I ask another person to come in my place?
If you cannot attend the Congress in person, you may assign another person to attend in your place by faxing or emailing us the updated registration form.

7. If my company wants to cancel the exhibition for some reason, can it be allowed?
If your company can not exhibit at IMPC for some reason, please submit your written application to the Organizing Committee. Please be aware: Cancellation received before 31 May 2008, 30% of the contract price will be refunded; Cancellation received before 1 August 2008, 40% of the contract price will be refunded; Cancellation received after 1 August 2008, there is no refund given.

8. Can I apply for booths on spot?
You cannot apply for a booth on-site. If you would like a booth in the exhibition, please submit your booth application before 31 August 2008.

9 What kind of benefits enjoyed by the exhibitors?
Every booth or every 30 square meter floor space will enjoy 1 free registered delegate and 2 exhibitor passes. In case of more than two exhibitor passes required, extra fee will be charged on the rate of RMB 900/person.
The free delegate pass can enjoy: Congress package, Welcome cocktail, Welcome reception, Lunches, "Beijing Night" dinner show£¬Farewell banquet, Coffee breaks, Great Wall tour. Free exhibition staff can receive free entrance badges and enjoy free lunches.

10. I will move the exhibits into and out of the BICC, do I need a permit?
Exhibitors can take the exhibits into the BICC without any proof, but all the move-out exhibits should be attached with an approval document from the Organizing Committee. The security guard at the entrance will be responsible for checking the approval documents. Please refer to the on-site Office to obtain the approval document.

12. What registration information does the organizer require?

1) Exhibitors Registration Form
2) Special Booth Construction Apply Designed Service Form-1 (to be filled out by Exhibitors Requiring Special Booth Construction)
3) Special Booth Construction Apply Designed Service Form-2(to be filled out by Exhibitors Requiring Special Booth Construction)
The forms and materials must be submitted to the IMPC Organizing Committee before 31 July 2008.

13. What on-site services will be offered?
You will receive a range of on-site services, including furniture and AV equipment. If you have questions on-site, please go to the registration area and ask the personnel at the service desk for assistance.

14. Our company will be exhibiting at this year's event. As a delegate, is it possible to enter the BICC with a booth worker to start construction of a booth?
The BICC will be open to the delegates on September 23rd, at that time you may enter (with your delegate badge) and the worker to access the booth. Delegates may not enter the conference centre before the opening ceremony (10:30 am) on September 24th. After 10:30am, the Exhibition Hall is open to all participants. Please arrange your booth construction in accordance with this time regulation.
